Standard Documentation

Most loan programs, with the exception of "No Doc" loans, require the following supporting documentation:

Social security card & driver's license

Most recent 1 full month's pay stubs

Most recent 2 years' W-2's

Most recent 3 months' bank statements (all pages)

Residence (and landlord) addresses for past 2 years

Name & address of each employer for past 2 years

Credit report & appraisal fee

Account information, regarding any existing open loans

 

Additional Documentation

The following information may be required, depending on your situation:

Current Real Estate Owners: addresses and loan information on all real estate owned
Self Employed: business license or tax returns or Commission or Bonus income
Previous Bankruptcy: bankruptcy discharge papers

Previous Divorce: divorce papers
Non-Citizens: resident alien card

Addresses of other real estate owned and loan info
